Data collected

This website is purely static: it contains no databases, no registration areas and no data collection forms. It does not ask you for, nor store, any personal information.

The only data processed are the technical navigation logs that the hosting server (SiteGround) records automatically for every visit, as any web server does. These logs may include the IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages viewed, the browser and operating system used. This data is collected exclusively for security purposes and to ensure the correct functioning of the site, is not used to identify or profile visitors, and is not cross-referenced with other information.

The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in keeping the website secure and operational. The hosting provider acts as data processor.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use profiling cookies, does not use third-party cookies, and contains no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. No advertising network, social plugin or statistics service is embedded in these pages.

For transparency: the site saves two purely technical preferences in your browser’s local storage — the theme you chose (dark or light) and the language you chose (English or Italian). This information stays on your device, is never sent to the server, is not shared with anyone and is not used to identify you. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Contact

There is no contact form on this site and no data collection of any kind. You can get in touch only by spontaneously opening your own email client through a mailto: link. If you decide to write, your email address and the content of your message will be used solely to reply to your request, and will not be used for newsletters, marketing or any other purpose, nor shared with third parties. Messages are kept only for as long as is necessary to handle the conversation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Where applicable, you also have the right to data portability.
